New Gallery // RAWArtists

I will be showcasing work in a gallery put on by RAWArtists October 27th in Santa Monica at VLounge. I will be showing both CG Animation work and my woodworking, which should be a fun juxtaposition. Sketch Dump // Hands

I am struggling with the 3d modeling of the hands right now on my Cowboy Western character right now. So I basically spent all yesterday drawing hands and watching tutorials. When I finally turned to the model, I was able to completely rework the hand. I'll post that model when its done - but for now here is a sketch dump of some of my hand drawings. Pardon the pen, all I had was a crappy work pen haha

I have tons of new work, no jokes. It is all unfinished. I feel like I am neglecting the blog, though. The shown image is the album cover to the next mixtape. Expect rapping, R&B and instrumentals on the next tape. In addition, there is fine art and CG modeling coming in the near future. Yup, its only been 3 days, but I wanted to put some nicer renders on my reel and change up my shot choice to show a little bit more acting from the thesis film. Enjoy, and comment freely!

Hello again everyone!! It's been an insane ride, but I am wrapping up my internship at Nickelodeon tomorrow, and headed back East for the holidays the day after that. I just set up a youtube channel at: http://www.youtube.com/user/lionomens

It has the most recent version of my demo reel on there, as of about an hour ago. Heads up, the audio is a little off in the youtube video. The opening piece still needs another pass, but I wanted to get it out there for comments and address some issues with my old reel. The reel will become the focus of my time now that the internship is ending and with it the massive (and successful!) volunteer project all of the interns did. I embedded the video below, as well.
